Our Home!
Spacious 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome in the gated community of Gulf Highlands Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida. Our unit is a short 5 minute walk to the white sandy beaches with private beach access.
The perfect getaway for your family to just come and relax. Fully stocked kitchen including a single cup Keurig and tea kettle.
Designated parking spaces (2) directly in front of the unit. No elevators, stairs or parking garages to fight with.
Our unit backs up to one of the 11 pools, which is heated seasonally from November through April, and the 2-acre 18-hole mini golf course. Watch the kids enjoy themselves directly from the kitchen or patio!
Living Space
The downstairs provides a kitchen, bar seating for 4, dining table for 6, washer/dryer inside the unit, half bathroom, smart TV and living room equipped with a sleeper sofa. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths.
Bedroom #1 includes access to the upstairs patio, attached bathroom, king bed, and TV with Roku streaming stick.
Bedroom #2 provides one queen bed, one twin bed, TV with Roku streaming stick, and has access to the 2nd bathroom through the main hallway.

Our unit is equipped with all of the beach necessities in our outdoor beach box including a beach wagon, towels, chairs and beach toys. We provide miniature golf putters and golf balls for the mini-golf course. Several board games for those family nights in! Of course, our electronic game to keep the family entertained for hours! For families, we have a travel pack-n-play crib and high chair. Propane gas grill provided on the back patio.
